This is a vital element for installation level setup of practice and facility. It allows for provider and other resources setup, insurance company master data management, and a great number of master maintenance functions allowing full control and customization of the various recording lookups or drop down fields.
- Security Administration
Security and privacy are critical. This element deals with the Administration (creation and management) of users, roles and the assignment of roles to the users.
- Configuration Administration
CareEMR is flexible allowing the tailoring of the system to support the workflow of the practice rather than the other way around. It allows for customization of the various elements of charting, billing and scheduling. Some of the examples of configuration administration are:
- Visit setup which creates a profile for viewing a given set of providers, care assistants, treatment area and equipment.
- Symptoms configuration, notes manager (statement builder) which provides a personalized feature of creating your own format of the various notes like SOAP Note, consultation notes or referral notes.
