CareEMR provides a robust Appointments and Provider Scheduler function. This element of the system has features that ensure accurate and timely administration of Provider’s schedules to easily support the management of Patient appointments. Efficient matching of provider availability with patient appointment needs is enhanced through the use of “Visit” profiles tailored to the practice via user defined scheduling templates. Multiple scheduling views (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly) are available to user supporting ease of use and efficiency.

CareEMRs Appointments and Provider Schedules Management function broadly covers the following:

• Visit Calendar – Efficiently handles the patient’s appointment right from the initial booking stage through confirmation and concluding with the actual physical check-in of the patient into the facility.
• Visit Setup – Allows the tailoring or the patient’s appointment to the availability of the provider. This function that helps to manage schedules and resources through visit profiles. These templates allow the Provider to manage his schedule in terms of visit type, available time slots and durations etc.
