A core element of CareEMR is the Electronic Charting function that promotes efficiency by automating the charting process and maintains a complete patient medical record. This functionality is facilitated by the use of input templates and intelligent statement building. The system was design with flexibility in mind allowing the provider to customize the templates according to their specific practice requirements and workflow. This robust function encompasses all aspects of charting including history, vitals, diagnosis, medication, allergies, physical exam, etc.
